Returns:

2. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Returns will only be accepted for items purchased directly from the Affordable Now website.

Refund Process:

1. To request a refund, you must contact us within one hour of receiving your parcel.
2. The refund will be processed only if the returned items meet our return criteria.
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Conditions for Refund:

1. Refund requests made after one hour of receiving the parcel will not be eligible.
2. The returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Exclusions:
